1 cup sugar
1 cup hot coffee
1 cup molasses
5 cups flour
1 Tbsp baking soda
1 Tbsp ginger
¼ tsp salt
Blend crisco and sugar. Add hot coffee and molasses. Stir in 3 cups of flour, the soda, ginger and salt. Stir in 2 more cups of flour until shine goes away. Chill. Roll out on sugar surface. Bake at 350°. Not sure of time.
